"Roam" is a collection of scattered writings from my journal during my 2 years in Los Angeles. i find that i often am unable to share my true feelings with the people around me, so i turn to my journal as a source of communication; i write letters. "Roam" is the condensed final draft, so to speak.

some of the challenges that occurred during my trek in LA were beyond my control, while others were self-induced. i was constantly moving around and changing jobs, looking for happiness from exterior sources, when the cliche is true. happiness comes from within. my friend Cindy would always tell me to listen to my gut, an instinct i had tuned out. "Roam" is a testament that even though at times, i felt lost and out of control in my own mind, i still had hope. we will always have hope.
